Quiet neighbors and neighborhood. I am glad I chose to reside here. Amber is FABOLOUS Great customer service and she goes over and beyond her duties. She really assisted me in my moving here from the East Coast. Ceaser is great, friendly and knowledgable.

I will say the price to wash 1 load of laundry is extremely ridiculous about 5 . The parking lot honestly doesn't fit the amount of occupants who reside in this property. This makes it extremely difficult to park, especially if you work late. I've had to park pretty far and walk up two hills and some just to get home. As for management and maintenance, they are amazing The property manager communicates very well with the residents and is super informative and helpful. The maintenance crew or guy not sure if there is more than 1 but is great Our A C was broken and our toilet didn't really flush and they were on it as soon as we put in a request. Love living here other than the laundry and parking situation.

Porcha smile is contagious and she has a great demeanor. She is a gem to keep do not her go. I will make your complex my home. The grounds are clean and the maintenance man is around

She is very personable and will make sure to have all of your concerns taken care of in a timely manner. Parking was a difficulty at first but there was a recent change in the strictness of the parking policy and now there are more free spots for visitors if you follow the guidelines for registering guests. Only issue at present is the cost that comes with washing clothes near the pool area. Cost about 5 for a laundry card and about 4 dollars to wash and dry a load. Just wish it were a bit cheaper. The noise level is not bad wasn't sure if 5 stars meant good or bad .

submitted by ARUNA K. - |Recommended: YesGood — I like it. convenient to shops. not enough parking spots and middle parking spots very narrow
submitted by Staci A. - |Recommended: YesIt's ok — Parking is horrible and people dump their unwanted items outside of the trash bins and it then stays there for weeks.

The rooms are decent sizes and everything look neat and tidy. The appliances could be updated, but they work well enough. I have had a little difficulty getting in contact with the property manager, though I am sure that is because she is only here 3 days of the week. The only big downside is parking. There is definitely not enough parking for all the residents and the closest street parking is a five minute walk away.

Also, there is barely enough room to turn your car around. I've hardly heard noise from any of the apartments that surround me. The only thing we have heard was the occasional hammer of someone hanging something on their wall. The grounds here were not so good when we first moved in, but they came to life pretty quickly It looks so much nicer now It's always clean, and my favorite part is when the landscapers come through, the actually go into my patio area and blow out all of the clippings So awesome my last apartment didn't do that and we were constantly left with grass and plant clippings in our patio I honestly do not care for the layout of the apartment, only because there is no ventilation for the back half of the apartment and with the kitchen in the back, it's really inconvenient. But, the space is proportioned well. It's a compact apartment that's lied out well enough for it to feel more spacious. The fixtures were new when we moved in Very pleased with those Maintenance was helpful. We had problems with our AC twice. The first time, there were here same day and had it fixed quickly. The second time it took four days for someone to come and fix it. I was a little annoyed, especially since we have a small child, but it got done I LOVED our staff. Erica was wonderful She helped us personally with anything we needed. She helped ease the burden of moving, and was able to put my mind at ease through the stress of all of it. She would make sure we all were doing okay every time she saw us. I felt as if we were working with a friend, rather than a corporate member. She really cared about the people who lived here and I'm really sad to see her go. We had an awful apartment prior to this one. Paper thin walls, terrible neighbors, leasing center workers trying to get you in an out without any personal interaction, the whole nine yards. Just awful. Moving here was like a breath of fresh air. It seems like a more family orientated place. All of the neighbors I met were friendly and I think we would be staying here a lot longer if my husband wasn't detaching from the military. Great place to live
